Do credits expire?
No. Credits never expire. Buy them once and use them whenever you need to create documentation certificates.
Are all features really included in every pack?
Yes. Every pack includes every feature -- SHA-256 fingerprinting, ISRC assignment, CWR export, contributor credits, API access, webhooks, workspaces, and more. The only difference between packs is the number of credits and the price per credit.
What is 1 credit?
1 credit = 1 documentation certificate. Each certificate covers one musical work (a song or recording) with SHA-256 fingerprinting, timestamped proof, contributor credits, and a public verification link.
Can I buy more credits later?
Yes. You can buy additional credit packs at any time. Each purchase adds to your existing balance. There is no lock-in.
Do you offer refunds?
Unused credits can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Once a certificate is created, that credit is consumed and non-refundable.
Can I pay by invoice or bank transfer?
Yes. Use the "Request Invoice" option on any pack to pay by bank transfer (BACS/SWIFT). Available for all packs.
